Croatian peacekeeping process 1991

A TM based peacekeeping group stopped the fighting in Croatia when the size of their group achieved the square
root of 1% of the population

In the winter of 1991, during the violent civil war in Croatia, expert meditators known as TM-Sidhas formed a peacekeeping group by Croatian peace projectmeditating together in Pula on the Istrian peninsular.

The research already showed that if these meditators were to achieve a group size equivalent to the square root of 1% of the Croatian population, they would create the 'super radiance' effect.

The prediction was that this Super Radiance effect would have an immediate and dramatic impact on reducing violence, and hostility in the entire country.

In the event this reduction in fighting is exactly what happened. The day the peacekeeping group size reached 250 TM-Sidhas or the square root of 1% of the Croatian population, all fighting in Croatia stopped and war deaths were reduced to zero. This peaceful state of affairs lasted only while the peacekeeping group remained in place.

When the the peacekeeping group of TM-Sidhas disbanded the fighting started up again straight away.
